Brazilian steak houses (Churascarias) are now fairly common in many major cities in the US. In Brazil, you can find these restaurants in every town. They are well know for the multiple waiters (Gauchos) that walk around with skewers full of tender, juicy and delicious cuts of meats. But for Brazilians, the salad table is as important as the meat. I was not planning to post this recipe this week. However, after talking to my youngest sister, Rayane, she told me that she misses having some vanilla ice cream topped with my Berries Foster.
